Brief Introduction
The fiber analysis system is a new human-computer interactive fiber diameter measurement analyzer. The instrument connects the optical microscope with a computer through a high-resolution industrial camera, and the professional analysis software is used to complete the testing of the fiber diameter and cross-sectional area. It can be used to measure the fiber diameter measurement of animals’ fiber such as wool and rabbit hair and various natural, man-made mixed fibers. The measuring range is 2~200 μm, precision is 0.1 μm

Features:
- This system uses computer digital image processing technology, which is composed of computers, cameras, microscopes, printers and detection software. It also provides fiber diameter automatic measurement function and hotline help function;
- It is used for observing the cross-sectional morphology and measuring the cross-sectional area of various types of animal fibers, chemical fibers, shaped fibers, and hollow fibers;
- Testing heterotypic fiber abnormalities;
- The fiber content of various blended products can be obtained through the analysis of the single fiber transverse morphology and area measurement in the blended product;
- Professional analysis software, data and reports which are output as EXCEL, with the standard reports;
- Operator can work without the dark room condition, which reduces the fatigue with the demonstration;

- The testing records can be printed out, which improves the preciseness, and the controversial sample images can be printed out for reference;
