Description

Application:                                                                   

This machine is mainly used for testing the abrasion performance and decoloration rate of printing ink, printing box etc. Use standard load, reciprocating friction travel and speed to friction

surface of sample. To confirm the class of pollution of sample and standard friction paper, and  the fluff or abrasion of the sample surface.

Principle:

The test specimen mounted on top of the rubber pad is rubbed against  the receptor mounted to the weight. The test duration is determined by  the number of strokes. The number of strokes desired is preset on the timer and the tester will shut off automatically when the desired number of strokes is completed.

Standard:

GB/T7706, GB7707, JIS K5701, ASTM D5264, TAPPI T830 etc.
