Description
Summary:
The Sponge repeated compression tester is mainly used for the reciprocating impact compression test of the foam polymer material, to measure the thickness reduction value and hardness reduction value (residual deformation rate) of the sample, and thus to understand the dynamic fatigue characteristics of the material.
This test method provides a means to evaluate the performance of porous elastic materials of latex and polypeptide types used for bearing decoration. The measured thickness and hardness reduction values are related to the possible loss in use, but not necessarily the same. This specification is applicable to standard size samples taken from finished materials as well as to moulded parts.
Test Theory:
- Specimen accurately measure the thickness, the compression plate, place the specimen in the testing machine with the frequency of 60 beats per minute, the compression specimens 60 times, compressed specimen height was 50%.
- The reciprocating compression after 80000 times, put on the specimen at room temperature down after 30 minutes, measuring the thickness of the conversion of compression deformation rate, the calculating formula for the thickness of the specimen before compression minus the thickness of the sample after compression, divided by the thickness of the specimen before compression multiplied by one hundred percent.

ISO-7214,JIS K6767,K6382 ect.
