Summary:

NEWGOER Laptop Hinge Torsion Tester is suitable for laptop, ultrabook, monitor and the other electronic products to do the torque test, and the torsion damping life-span test for the hinge. To check the holding capability of the hinge and to check if the plastic body is damage by getting higher resistance of hinge after many opening and closing.

It can measure the torque value of the shaft every time, record the curve change and draw the curve chart of the decay life of the torque.Using Windows screen Settings, easy to operate, and all data can be stored (test conditions, torsion-angle curve, life curve, inspection report…Etc.).

Features:

• Test angle between 0-180 °, the tolerance is within 1 °, as it is controlled by servo motor driver.
• Adopt motor driving up and down testing table, with micro adjusting function and axe centre matching function, to assure effect of test grip and testing accuracy.
• Adopt sever motor driver which is low noise, big torque, durable using. Force from both side to keep balance, to make sure stable testing condition.
• Can set the pause time, rotating speed (open & close can be set to different speed).

• The testing conditions are set by computer software ( the parameters include angle range, origin of stroke,testing speed, testing cycles, pause time, stop time after certain cycles ETC )
• Can print and record the testing value and graph ( graphs include torque~ angle, torque damping)
• The title,sample name, test date, operator, and file No of the testing report are editable.
• The testing report is Microsoft Access data editing forma, the testing data will be auto inputted, and can be recorded and printed. And can directly print the testing graph in the testing interface.
• The software and the report can be set the range of the testing parameters so that it will automatically just the PASS or FAIL ,and auto measure and display the max torque, Min. torque and average torque and create the graph.

• Use servo motor from Panasonic to drive, with 2500r high pulse encoder to make sure the high precision, lower noise, high torque and long life.
• Use the original imported high precision torque transducer to measure the torque, the tolerance can be±0.5% FS.
• Apply the force and equip with axis-center device for double sides that can guarantee the low vibration and high torque collection, and make sure the testing precision for hinge.
