Description
Summary:
Rubber Rebound Resilience Elasticity Tester is used to measure the impact resistance of elastic material
and flexible cellular materials. The test results of this tester can be used for understanding the difference
between different materials, and can be used to measure the change of elasticity after specimen being
aged. This would be a good reference for purchase or for quality research and improvement.
It is used for determining the rebound resilience of rubber the hardness of which lies between 30IRHD~85IRHD. The resilience elasticity is defined as the ratio of the regained energy in relation to the applied energy. This ratio of energy corresponds with the quotient of the height of the resilience and the height of
the drop of the pendulum.
Standard:
GB / T 1681: Determination of vulcanized rubber elasticity
ISO4662: Rubber, vulcanized or thermoplastic – Determination of rebound resilience
DIN53512: Determining the rebound resilience of rubber using the Schob pendulum
Features:
- After the test, this function displays the test results and automatic storage or direct printing;
After the test, this function displays the data of angle energy - With safety protection devices and electric shock button, to ensure that test security.
