Test Principle:
Input the PF voltage to shoes inner, outer electrode, within specific test time, if the test sample
was not breakdown so the value of the milliammeter index (mA) is leakage current value, the
indicated value of voltmeter is (kv) is voltage resistance value.
Test condition: 15℃~35℃,45%~75%RH
