Principle :

The machine can measure the density of solid and liquid; Features of simple operation,wide application,full function; Alarm rings when judge density is unqualified through the top and bottom limitation setting.About the solid mode,function of measuring DIN volume abrasion loss and expansibility of rubber,actual density and apparent density of powder,oil content of oil bearing,density of high density products.etc. Adopt the memoryless dynamic measurement method for liquid mode; Function of measuring density with three mode,get out of the cumbersome operation of re-calibrate when change weight.Function of displaying concentration,density and baume.

Measurement procedure of solid mode:

• Place sample on the testing board to measure weight in air, press ENTER key to memory.
• Place sample into water to measure weight,press ENTER key to memory. density value will be displayed.

 

Measurement procedure of liquid mode:

1. Place breaker with samples on testing board. deduct the weight of pothook.
2. Have the standard weight hanged on the pothook and submerged into liquid to be test ed totally. press ENTER key to memory. Density value will be displayed.

Measurement procedure of hydroscopicity products(porosity products):

1. Place sample on testing board to measure weight in air,press ENTER key to memory.
2. Place sample that did the waterproof treatment into water to measure weight in water, press the ENTER key to memory.density value will be displayed.
